The areas of his professional practice that stand out include: commercial, contractual, real estate, and inheritance law. He is a member of the College of Attorneys of the Dominican Republic.
Eddy Ureña

Bachelor of Law, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, in 2009. He has a Master’s Degree in Civil Procedure, taught by the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). Member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic, Inc., of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs ANJE and of the Committee for the Study and Dissemination of Law in Latin America. In 2010 he completed a Diploma in “Special Procedures in Civil Procedural Law” taught by the Institutionality and Justice Foundation (FINJUS) and in 2011 a Diploma entitled “Practical Course in Civil Procedural Law”, at the same institution. Gianna Martínez

In 1997, she graduated with an advanced level of French at Bordeaux Language Studies, in Bordeaux, France. In 1999, she obtained the “Diplôme Supérieur de L’Université–Droit Civil” (Higher University Diploma – Civil Law) at the Pantheon-Assas University (PARIS II), and in 2001, she graduated from the “Diplôme Etudes Approfondies” (In-depth Study Diploma in General Private Law from the same university. Currently, she participates in the Trust Business Administration program given by the Monterrey Technological Institute.

Recognized chair and coordinator of the Preliminary draft of the Code of Commerce of the Dominican Republic. Before incorporating her law firm, she was the Vice President of the Legal Affairs Department of the main banking institution of the Dominican Republic. She acted as Deputy Delegate for the Dominican Republic before the Banking Law Expert Attorney Committee of the Latin American Banking Federation (FELABAN).

He holds a University Master’s in Constitutional Law – Official Master’s – and a Master’s in Law and Fundamental Freedoms and their Guarantees (University of Castilla-La Mancha) and Master’s n Constitutional Law and Fundamental Rights (Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra).
He took postgraduate studies in Economics for Business (Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra); International Trade and International Economics (University of Barcelona); and General Management Program (BARNA).
He participated in the Latin American Economic Law Analysis Program (Corporate Training) and the Management Program for Lawyers) (Yale University Business School).
He is an active member of the College of Attorneys of the Dominican Republic, and the National Young Businesspersons’ Association (ANJE). He has vast experience in energy, constitutional, commercial, procedural, and banking law.

Currently studying a Master’s Degree in Civil Law and Civil Procedure, at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD). In addition, he has training in the areas of Labor Law and Compulsory Collections. In March 2019, he received recognition from our client Asociación Popular de Ahorros y Préstamos, (APAP) as Outstanding External Manager during the year 2018. He accumulates experience in the area of civil law and family law. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic.
